Welcome to the Trinity Conception Square Shopping Mall in Carbonear : The Mall that has it all! For 37 years the TC Square has been a staple in Trinity and Conception Bays and for good reason. Located at 120 Columbus Drive in the historic Town of Carbonear, we have everything you need under one roof. From fun fashion to fabulous vacations and everything in between, the TC Square prides itself on providing a variety of stores and services to fill your needs. Restaurants, Department stores, Financial services and of course a local touch with some of the region’s finest local businesses await you as you venture into the region’s most visited shopping centre.

The TC Square has a wide selection of clothing stores for different age groups, giftware shops for that friend that has everything and even a centre court with children’s rides and benches if you need to take a break from a busy day of shopping.

We also have different events throughout the year including our Annual Fashion Show, photos with Santa and an ever-changing display in Centre Court. No matter the season, no matter the occasion, the TC Square has just what your looking for. There is always something fun to see or do at the TC Square.

Health and Wellbeing

H. S. Properties’ strives to make each of its shopping centres a safe and integral part of its local community. Adequate lighting in parking lots, a clean environment and attentive staff all assist in providing a safe shopping environment on any of our properties. We have installed automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in our enclosed shopping centres to provide emergency care in the event of a heart attack. An AED is a device that can monitor heart rhythms, and if necessary deliver an electric shock to restore heart rhythm and potentially save lives.

Strong Internal Team

H. S. Properties’ provides its employees with a safe work environment, free from discrimination and harassment. We have a number of employee-focused initiatives that are designed to improve workplace satisfaction. These initiatives include development and education programs. We also has a comprehensive Code of Conduct for all employees, which includes protections against harassment and discrimination and provides guidelines for employee conduct.

Honey Bees

There's lots to buzz about at Trinity Conception Square. Our rooftop bee hive installation helps keep bees healthy and the environment thriving. This venture is in collaboration with Backed by Bees.

The TC Square is pleased to offer a variety of services for all of your needs.

Accessibility
Our facility is wheelchair accessible, with two automatic entrances available in front of Dominion and Walmart on each end of the building. Wheelchairs are available at the Lotto Booth and from Mall Maintenance for those who have physical restrictions or impairments. Or you can call us at 596-5124 when you arrive and we’ll meet you at the entrance. And for your comfort, the TC Square is also pleased to provide a climatized environment.

ATM
There are three automated teller machines located on the north corner of the TC Square in front of CIBC. Enter through the Dominion entrance for quick access.

Change tables
Child change tables are located in the male and female public washrooms at the rear of the TC Square. There are also change tables in the Walmart public washrooms.

Lost and Found
Our lost and found is located at the Administration Offices at the rear entrance of the shopping centre, next to the public washrooms. To report a lost item or to drop off a found item, call 596-5124 or see any employee.

The Lotto Booth also provides lost and found services. They can be reached at 596-6284.

Lost Children
Although we at the TC Square hope this situation never happens, we do offer lost child services in case it does. If your child goes missing or wanders off, you can go to any of the store locations for assistance. They will contact an employee, who will help in finding your child. Any child who is separated from their parents can also go to any store. An employee will then assist the child until they reconnect with their parents or guardians.

Parking
Our facility is equipped with 2,000 parking spaces with easy access to entrances and exits of the TC Square. Parking for those with an accessible parking permit is available near each entrance. Parking is not permitted in fire lanes, crosswalks or on the pedestrian walkway in front of the building.
